Vibração Interna na Marcha Lenta

Tem um procedimento que vi neste link https://www.suporte.napro.com.br/knowled...rticle=318 que talvez vale a pena testar. Estou pensando em limpar o TBI e fazer o reset conforme mostra.

Defeito: Após a troca da correia dentada nos veículos GM - Agile, Spin, Cobalt, Prisma é necessário efetuar o aprendizado do sensor RPM ou aprender o sensor da árvore de manivelas. Em alguns casos após esse aprendizado, a marcha fica oscilando.



Causa: Com o acúmulo de resíduos no corpo de aceleração, a posição da borboleta pode ficar com seu desempenho de abertura e fechamento irregular. O próprio modulo da injeção corrige os valores de abertura e fechamento, através dos valores anteriores iniciais que ficam gravados. Após efetuar o aprendizado do sensor de RPM, esses valores são apagados, e se a borboleta estiver com seu funcionamento irregular poderão gerar oscilações na marcha lenta.



Solução: Efetuar uma limpeza no corpo de aceleração em seguida fazer o "Aprendizado da posição de repouso".

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:
On rare occasions, an intermittent erratic idle or rolling idle surge may be experienced with the vehicle
at a stop. Upon inspection, NO DTCs will be present. If there are DTCs that set when this happens, this PI does not apply.

Recommendation/Instructions:
If this concern is encountered, reprogram the PCM with the latest calibrations found on TIS version 6.5,
which was broadcast to dealers on June 12, 2006. The updated calibration is titled "New calibration to
address idle surge condition also contains diagnostic enhancements for DTC P0171". This calibration, or
any that follow, is designed to address this concern. Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) in SI for
reprogramming procedures. As always, make sure your Tech 2® is updated with the latest software version.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is
resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
